The
Kureparved Mitts feature a distinctive small triangular lace motifs, arranged
in the shape of flocks of migrating cranes in early spring or autumn. That is
the perfect time for wearing fingerless mitts, having a walk in a park and spotting
the birds. The title Kureparved is Estonian and means flocks of cranes. Every
spring thousands of cranes migrate to Estonia for nesting. Such wonderful
majestic birds!
Two
slightly modified versions of the lace pattern are given with separate charts
for the right and the left hand; pick the version you like most.
